As a child my father enrolled both my sister and I in ballet. We spent well over 3 years in ballet and from there continued on to Tap and Jazz. Although I wouldn’t admit it at the time, one of my favorite parts of dance were the recitals. I loved getting dressed up in pretty, sparkly leotard and tu-tu, getting to wear grown up make up and parade around on stage as though I were a ballerina or a star. While it can also be used on the body or face, it works great as a primer for under this eye shadow. It is sheer white in color and comes in a tube with a doe foot applicator. You just spread some over your lid, let it dry, then add your eye shadow on top.

It makes the colors of these shadows deeper and bolder, and also makes them shimmer and shine even more!
