UPDATE PLEASE READ: I have had a horrible experience with this company. As you know, bloggers often get compensated for their work and time. For Teleflora, I was given a gift code since my local florist did not carry any of the new Christmas arrangements. I finally found an arrangement I wanted, that the site said was available, and I was delivered a totally different product for less than 50% of the value of my gift card. I know that Teleflora takes a percentage of the order for fees, it’s right there on the confirmation email. What you are not told, is that they take even more, basically sending the florist almost 50% less than the total you pay. But that’s not all. I had ordered the Zen Artistry which is an orchid. I was delivered a random small fresh cut floral bouquet that costs around $45 from a $75 + free shipping order. Naturally, having ordered an orchid, I did not want a random fresh cut bouquet so I sent it back. From there my experience got even worse including multiple phone calls, outright lies and eventually ended with Teleflora stealing my money. I will be writing about my experience in full next week, but after this experience, I can NOT in good conscious recommend you ordering from this company. I will be posting on Monday, Jan. 1st about my full experience. In short, at this point I have not received any flowers and have been told Teleflora will not give refunds. Nor will they work with me to find another florist in Birmingham that I can go to and pick the arrangement up. My local florist will supposedly not work with them anymore. So for all intents and purposes, Teleflora has stolen my money and given nothing in return. OH, they did offer 40% off my next order. Hah!
