March’s Box was packed full of great items from some amazing companies, are you ready to see what came in April’s box?
Lasting Smiles Passionfruit Mango Organic Lip Balm Retail: $4.99 0.15 oz.

Made with healthy organic ingredients, Lasting Smiles Lip Balm moisturizes your lips while supporting fair trade global farmers and funding cleft surgeries for children. All Lasting Lips lip balms are 100% vegetarian, and contain no artificial colors. In addition, they are never tested on animals.
Even better, they contain NO gluten, paraben, petrolatum, phthalate, alcohol, sodium methyl sulfate, or sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate. Put all of this together with the fact that the balm goes on silky smooth without any waxiness, and you get one brand of lip balm I will definitely use again!
Thanks to Beauty Box Five subscribers and Lasting Smiles, 20 children born with cleft palettes and lips have been provided with life-transforming surgeries so they too can have a smile on their faces! When you purchase Lasting Smiles products, you not only ‘nourish your lips, but you also nurture the world’!
Dancin Goat/Goat’s Milk Lotion Hula Bliss Body Lotion Retail: $17.99 8 oz.

Made with goat’s milk, coconut oil, lavender, eucalyptus, and rosemary oil, this natural formula lotion leaves your skin hydrated and smooth. Active enzymes, probiotics, and lactic acid make this concentrated lotion ideal for all skin types.
Plus, the lotion is paraben- and sulfate-free, and does not contain any synthetic preservatives! It is just the right consistency – not too thick and not too thin and absorbs into your skin quickly. Its scent is simply amazing!
Incoco Nail Polish Applique Set Retail: $ 8.99 per set

Incoco brings fashion to your fingertips with their extension collection of nail design products. Each set is easy to apply and stays on for a long time. The appliques are formulated without DBP, toluene & formaldehyde, and are made with 100% real nail polish.
They will fit any size nail, and gives you brilliant, salon-quality results. Whenever you are ready to remove them, simply add some fingernail polish remover, and you are good to go!
Although nail appliques are not my thing, I know my niece is going to love this fun, rose-patterned nail manicure set!
Style Essentials TwinGloss Retail $2.50 0.03 oz.

The concept is pretty cool, two shades of lip gloss in the tube that combine into one once applied. I believe different shades of this product were sent out, and in my box I received two pink shades, the darker of which has a sparkly, glittery appearance while in the tub.
I love the color they combine to create, but unfortunately, the ultra-sweet cupcake scent is just too much. Other than that, the gloss goes on without that stickiness you get with many brands, and it is quite long-lasting. Too bad about the smell….
Also, I could not find a link to Style Essentials.
First Aid Beauty Facial Cleaner Retail $20.00 5.0 oz

This is one of those rare times when you get a dreaded foil packet. Made by First Aid Beauty, this FAB Face Cleanser is said to gently cleanse the skin, while removing surface oils, make up, dirt and grime.
It is also infused with a powerful botanical antioxidant blend that works hard to scavenger free radicals.
The first thing I noticed was its interesting whipped texture when it first came out of the packet, but once I added a bit of water it got a nice, rich creamy consistency.
After washing, it was incredibly easy to rinse off, and I love how clean if left my skin feeling. A big bonus is that it didn’t dry my face out either! I definitely wish I has more to see how well it works over time!
My Opinion of April’s Beauty Box Five
All in all I liked this month’s box! It contained several brands which were new to me, and gave me an idea of some new products to buy. I’m sure my niece will enjoy her nail appliques as well! The only thing is I wish I was able to find out more about the Style Essentials.
