Not feeling up to cooking a turkey this year? Why not let Bojangles’ do the cooking for you with a Bojangles’ Season Fried Turkey and fixins’? After all, the Holidays are supposed to be about spending time together with family and friends – not spending time with your kitchen. And I don’t know about you, but I do enough of that throughout the rest of the year!
Bojangles’, known for their delicious fried chicken, biscuits and sides – aka ‘fixins’ – is offering customers the chance to reserve a 10-13 pound Bojangles’ Seasoned Fried Turkey that serves 6-8 people for the holidays! And it can be all yours! All you have to do is order, pick it up, and when you are ready, thaw it out and heat it up!
Our turkey weighed a little over 10 lbs., so following the instructions on the wrapper, we placed it in a pan, covered it with foil and heated it at 325° for close to an hour and a half. About 20 minutes into the heating the most wonderful smell began to fill the apartment! We couldn’t wait to see how good it tasted! Once it was thoroughly heated, we placed it on a platter and began slicing. A few minutes later, and we were both quite impressed! Not only was it moist and tender, but it had the most delicious taste. You could see Bojangles’ unique seasonings on the inside as you cut into it.
When to Order Your Bojangles Turkey
You can order your turkey as early as today, or you can wait and order right up to noon on Thanksgiving Day! Plus, customers who take home their turkey the same day their order is placed get a bonus $5 Bojangles’ gift card!
All locations offering the Seasoned Fried Turkeys can also provide you with a full Thanksgiving meal, complete with made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits and Bojangles’ family sized fixin’s such as mashed potatoes, mac ‘n cheese, green beans, Seasoned Fries, Cajun Pintos and Dirty Rice! And don’t forget to pick up Bojangles’ Legendary Iced Tea® and desserts like Bo-Berry Biscuits®, Cinnamon Pecan Twists and individual sweet potato pies. complete
