One thing I love is my tablet, I take it everywhere we go. Recently my tablet decided to stop working and I was upset. I mean, I used my tablet to read my books, my only way to relax and it was no longer working. Well, you can imagine how happy I was to get the ASUS ME181 MeMO Pad 8 to test out!

The ASUS ME181 MeMO Pad has a 8 inch screen and I love it. I was really impressed by the easy to see 1280 x 800 display and it is so vivid. It has an amazing powerful Intel Quad – Core processor that can easily handle me doing different tasks and deliver an immersive entertainment experience up to 9 hours of web surfing and video playback. I really love the HD Display, the colors are amazing. The ASUS MeMO Pad 8 comes with 16GB of onboard storage that can be supplemented with up to a 64GB MicroSD card.

Another thing that is great about the ASUS MeMo Pad is that it has a Vivid all round viewing, MeMO display uses IPS (in-Plane-switching) technology to give us 178 degree angles with perfect color production. It doesn’t matter how we are looking at the screen. For those of us that hate finger print smudges on our gadgets, the MeMO pad 8 comes with an anti fingerprint coating that resists greasy finger marks and smudges. I it does work, now I don’t see those annoying smudges all over my screen. It only weighs 320 grams and is just 8.3mm thin! The design features a 8mm thin bezel to give you the illusion of a bigger screen.

I love that it has a 5 megapixel/2 megapixel rear facing camera, this is great for those selfies we so love to take. It also has a 2MP/0.3MP front facing camera that yu can use to take extraordinary photos and clear video chats with the one’s we love. It also has a really sweet feature I love, it is called Time Rewind. After enabling Time Rewind, the PixelMaster camera automatically starts recording images two seconds before and one second after pressing the shutter button. During this three-second period, 31 photos are recorded for you to choose, meaning that the perfect moment is never missed. I love this feature so much.

How many times have we taken a picture and someone photo bombed us? Well with the Smart Remove feature, we can easily remove unwanted moving objects from our photos, meaning you’ll never see strangers ruining your most precious photos again.
