Oven Roasted Garlic Asparagus

Kids won't eat their vegetables? They will this delicious oven roasted asparagus side dish! Flavoed with garlic and sea salt, they'll ask for it over and over again!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch thin asparagus trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Place asparagus into large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil
  3. Toss to coat the spears
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese
  5. Toss again
  6. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mixture from bowl
  8. Bake in oven until just tender. 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness
  9. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
