  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 16 packets Equal 0 Calorie sweetener or more depending on your taste preference
  • 2/3 cup about 5 1/2 lemons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cups ice cold water divided
  • Blueberries and lemon slices to garnish

  1. Place the blueberries, Equal 0 Calorie Sweetener and 1 cup water in a blender. Blend on medium-high speed for about 1 minute, until the blueberries are completely pureed.
  2. Strain the blueberry puree through a fine mesh sieve (you can skip this step if you don't mind small pieces of blueberry in your lemonade).
  3. In a pitcher, combine the blueberry puree, the lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well, then taste. If needed, add more water.
  4. Stir well, and chill for at least an hour.
  5. Serve over ice.
  6. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Tip: to get the most juice out of your lemons, bring the lemons to room temperature before juicing.
