Caprese Avocado Skewers

Bite size pieces of mozarella are wrapped in fresh basil leaves then placed on a toothpick with cherry tomatoes and slices of avocado. Served with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping.

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Weight Watchers Mozzarella Sticks diced into small pieces
  • 1-2 Avocados
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  2. Then, with a small knife, cut each mozzarella stick into 6 bite size pieces.
  3. Next, slice the avocado into thin, bite size slices.
  4. Using a toothpick, first spear a cherry tomato, followed by a slice of avocado.
  5. Next, wrap a piece of a basil leaf around a mozzarella 'ball', and then add both to the toothpick.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
