Asian Marinated Pork Chops
Try this recipe for Asian Marinated Pork Chops where soy sauce, honey, Hoisin sauce and a few other ingredients came together to make a delicious marinade.
Servings 4 pork chops
- 4 Pork Chops bone-in
- 5 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. Hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced well
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1 Tbs. sugar
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin, sauce, garlic, honey, and sugar. Mix well. until smooth.
Place the pork chops in another dish and pour the sauce over them, flipping to make sure both sides are well coated.
Let marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 1 hour at room temperature, making sure to turn occasionally.
Preheat the broiler.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and transfer to a pan.
Place in the oven on the second slot down from the top and allow to broil for about 15 to 20 minutes. After a total of around 11 mins - flipping once - move the chops up to the top slot and let them brown on each side (about 2 minutes per side) before removing from the oven.
