Banana Nut Fudge - Homemade

A deliciously rich, easy-to-make, Homemade Banana Nut Fudge that has just a hint of banana and practically melts in your mouth.

  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • ½ cup marshmallow cream
  • ¾ cups chopped walnuts


  • Begin by melting the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Remember to mix after each 30 seconds. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, add the condensed milk, mixing well.
  • Mix in the marshmallow, followed by the nuts.
  • Lastly, fold in the banana slices, blending well.
  • Spread the mix an 8x8 pan that has been lightly sprayed with vegetable oil or lined with parchment paper.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Lift the Banana Nut Fudge out of the pan, cut into squares and serve.


The two hours is the minimum amount of time the fudge needs to cool in the refrigerator to set.
