Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Pound the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. I place each breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and then use either a meat mallet or rolling-pin.
Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place 1 slice of ham, and 2 (or more!) of the Borden® Cheese Swiss Slices on top of each breast.
Then roll up each breast, and secure with a toothpick.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large bowl. Dip both sides of each chicken breast in the melted butter and then dredge it through the breadcrumbs making sure to evenly coat both sides.
Place the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
Remove from the oven and top each breast with a 1/2 slice of cheese, then return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
