  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 - 10 slices Borden® Cheese Swiss Slices
  • 4 slices cooked ham sandwich slices work well, too!
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. I place each breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and then use either a meat mallet or rolling-pin.
  • Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Place 1 slice of ham, and 2 (or more!) of the Borden® Cheese Swiss Slices on top of each breast.
  • Then roll up each breast, and secure with a toothpick.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large bowl. Dip both sides of each chicken breast in the melted butter and then dredge it through the breadcrumbs making sure to evenly coat both sides.
  • Place the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
  • Remove from the oven and top each breast with a 1/2 slice of cheese, then return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
