Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
Red potatoes are tossed with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper, then roasted to perfection. They are Roasted Red Potatoes at their very best!
Servings 4 servings
- 3-4 small red new potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh ground
Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a small bowl, toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place potatoes in glass baking dish and roast, tossing occasionally, until golden and tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Then serve and enjoy!
