Product Review Policy
I am open to reviewing a wide selection of products as long as they are family-friendly and provide value for my readers. Please note that all submissions require a full-size product, not samples or “travel-size”. There is a required minimum item value of $200. If the product is less than $200, the difference will be due via PayPal. I put a lot of effort, time, and love into everything I post and feel my time is valuable; I hope you do too.
All products reviewed become the property of Bullock’s Buzz and will not be returned unless otherwise agreed upon. Depending on the product, I will have a complete review 2-4 weeks after the product is received as I prefer to use the product for a fair amount of time so I can give an accurate, detailed, and honest review.
If you have a particular date in mind, please make me aware at the time of the request. I will include original pictures, 1-2 links back to your site, a detailed description of the item, along with my personal touch weaved in throughout the post. This also includes shares to social media (1 share per network).
I am also willing to do a video review if you would like (see the additional services offered below). Once the review is posted, I will email the link to you.
All opinions in the review will be my own honest opinions.
Giveaway Policy
Giveaways are a fantastic way to stir up buzz. There is a minimum product value of $100. If the product value is less than $100, the difference will be due via PayPal. Giveaways without an associated product review will be charged a fee of $100 which will need to be paid prior to the giveaway being posted. I will need a description of the prize (if different from the product sent for review), and who is eligible to enter.
Giveaways will run for approximately one week unless otherwise noted or agreed upon. The winners will be selected randomly through Rafflecopter, Giveaway Tools, or Giveaway Promote (using Random.org), and will be notified through email.
The winner will have 48 hours to respond before another winner is selected. Once the winner is confirmed, I will forward you their shipping information and any product selection information.
I do ask that you (the company) ship the item to the winner; however, if you require me to ship the item please ask or advise me of this prior to shipping the item to me.
All reviews and giveaways will be advertised on a variety of websites and blogs.
Content Creation
Pre-written posts, aka guest posts, are occasionally accepted. Please see the note below ‘Other Services Offered’ regarding fees.
Sponsored posts that are written by me: (800+ words) plus social promotion and inclusion in my newsletter. Please see “Fees” underneath ‘Other Services Offered’ regarding costs.
Please note, any links included in your post, whether written by me or you, are only guaranteed to be live for up to one year (six months to 12 months). Any links I find to be harming my site will be removed (for example, due to a low DA or high SPAM score) will also be removed. In addition, I reserve the right to add additional links to any post.
In addition, regardless of whether I state this in my emails or not, if a post is removed for non-payment, I reserve the right to let the client know that the post they paid for was removed due to the company not keeping their end of our working deal. This is to protect my reputation and to protect others from companies that are trying to not pay for the work they ordered.
Lastly, all posts written by me including all sponsored posts and their images are the sole property of Alaina Bullock, Owner and Creator of Bullock’s Buzz, and may not be reposted on any other site on the internet, in any form No parts of any post are allowed to be copied or shared without my express written permission. In addition, all images are my property, as well, and may not be used without my express written permission.
