Memorial Day has come and gone, and that means Summer is officially here! So fire up your grill and give this delicious BBQ Ranch Cheeseburger recipe using KC Masterpiece® Original BBQ Sauce a try!
Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 package ranch salad and seasoning mix
– 1/4 cup KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
– 1/4 cup ranch dressing
– 3 slices of Monterey Jack Cheese
Optional Ingredients (but they really do make it taste even better!)
– 9 slices cooked bacon
– lettuce
– buns
The first thing you want to do is some basic prepping which includes cutting the slices of Monterey Jack in half so they form 2 triangles.
Next, add the beef to a medium-sized bowl, then add in at least 3/4 of the packet of dry Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix (not the Ranch dressing). Make sure you combine the seasoning and beef well.
Once thoroughly mixed, shape the beef into 3 patties, and place in a dish to the side.
In another small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce with the 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing, and mix well using a whisk. Set aside.
Now, let’s grill!
Once the grill is ready, place the patties on and grill on 1 side for 5 minutes or until the clear juices begin to appear on the surface.
Flip the patties over and cook for about 4 minutes.
Now add 2 triangles of cheese to each patty, making sure to overlap so the entire patty is covered.
Continue grilling until the cheese begins to melt, then remove the patties.
On the bottom of each hamburger roll, spread a fair amount of the BBQ Ranch sauce, then add lettuce (if desired).
Place the patties on top of the sauce and optional lettuce.
Spread some more of the BBQ Ranch sauce on top of the melted cheese.
If desired, add 2 pieces of bacon to each patty.
Finally, add the other half of the bun, serve and enjoy!
