How to Use FEND
Despite my allergies and asthma, I am not a fan of spraying anything up my nose or inhaling it into my lungs. Allergy sprays tend to dry my sinuses out terribly and leave an awful aftertaste. I’ve even tried some that stung my sinuses and made my eyes water! So, I was thrilled to discover that FEND is a mist you inhale rather than spray inside your nose.
All you do is squeeze and hold to expel the fine mist, then inhale deeply through your nose. You then repeat for a second breath.
To use, simply place 2–3 fingers on top of the device with your thumb on the bottom. Hold it upright and close to your face. Then squeeze and hold to expel the fine mist, then inhale deeply through your nose. You then repeat for a second breath. My Experience with FEND
I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t a bit hesitant to use it at first.
