This Garlic Chicken recipe has quickly become a family favorite. Not only because it’s quick and easy, but also because it tastes so good!

This recipe will serve 4 and is quite easy. It took me about 40 to 45 minutes total, including prep. and cooking time.

Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • crushed garlic
  • olive oil
  • dry bread crumbs
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors.

3. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

4. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place into a shallow baking dish.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.

Baked Garlic Chicken

This simple Baked Garlic Chicken recipe is full of garlicky goodness!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup dried breadcrumbs, Italian
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 4 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large saute pan over medium heat, add the oiliveoil and crushed garlic. Stir while sauteing for about 3 minutes to blend the flavors.
  3. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place the dipped chicken breasts into a shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
