Once again I was given the opportunity to review some amazing products by one of my favorite cosmetic companies, Yves Rocher. Those of you who are not familiar with Yves Rocher, their entire line of beauty products is made from botanical ingredients, and is incredibly affordable! For over 50 years, Yves Rocher has been harvesting their own organically grown plants and using only the best botanical ingredients in their products to benefit every skin type. Products that are not only inspired by nature but made with natural, botanical ingredients.
This month, I had the opportunity to try some products from their Hydra Vegetal line. This particular line of products was launched last year, and throughout August and September, more products were added.
The Hydra Vegetal line of products uses an exclusive combination of Saps from Canadian maple trees and Blue Agave plants from Mexico to provide intense hydration and the potential for correction of the damaging effects of dryness on the skin.
These saps act as a barrier that locks moisture deep inside the skin. They provide a natural source of immediate and intense hydration thanks to their unique composition and their ability to diffuse into the different layers of your skin. Skin is thoroughly saturated and looks replenished and radiant.
Hydra Vegetal Hydrating Micellar Water Face and Eyes
This light and fresh water is specially developed for normal to combination skin. It does not contain any parabens, mineral oil, coloring or silicon. This formula eliminates impurities and makeup as it tones leaving skin luminous and moisturized.
I use this nightly and love the way it makes my skin look and feel. I usually use a cotton ball to rub a small amount over my face and neck. You can literally see all the make up and dirt it removes. My skin is left feeling clean, soft and hydrated. I love that I no longer have to use a moisturizer after using the Hydra Vegetal Hydrating Micellar Water!
Hydra Vegetal Fresh Gel Undereye Bags
This light gel is made to help fade under-eye bags and illuminates the eyes. It is free from parabens, mineral oil, coloring and silicon. It refreshes the eye contour and skin is moisturized, protected and illuminated.
Just a small amount applied gently under the eyes leaves skin feeling moisturized while it is protected and illuminated. I love how it literally reduces the appearance of any under-eye bags, and has an almost cool, tingling feeling on the skin. It has a very faint botanical scent.
Hydra Vegetal Hydrating Day Cream
This formula is designed to moisturize the skin while providing protection from the sun with an SPF of 25. Like all Yves Richer products, it does not contain any parabens, mineral oil or coloring.
I love this moisturizers’ light, creamy texture. It is instantly absorbed without leaving any greasy or oily feeling. Instead my skin looks hydrated, plump and radiant. It’s nice that it also contains sunblock so my skin is protected from the damaging rays of the sun. It has a very pleasant, light floral fragrance.
