A yummy, rich, easy-to-make, Homemade Banana Nut Fudge recipe with just a hint of banana and a sprinkling of walnuts. They’re mouthwateringly delicious!
There is just something about Fall that makes me think of fudge. Not store-bought fudge, but the real deal – homemade fudge! There are so many delectable ways you can make homemade fudge, including one of my personal favorites, Banana Nut Fudge!
How to Make Banana Nut Fudge
To Make Banana Nut Fudge You Will Need
1 12 oz package chocolate chips
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
½ cup marshmallow cream
¾ cups chopped walnuts
Directions to Make Banana Nut Fudge
- Begin by melting the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Remember to mix after each 30 seconds. Blend until smooth.
- Next, add the condensed milk, mixing well.
- Now stir in the marshmallow, followed by the nuts.
- Lastly, fold in the banana slices, blending well.
- Spread the mix into an 8×8 pan that has been lightly sprayed with vegetable oil or lined with parchment paper.
- Then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Lift the Banana Nut Fudge out of the pan, cut into squares and serve.
