Are you trying to conceive? You’re not short of methods that you can try! Take a look at the following 4 helpful suggestions that could increase your chances of becoming pregnant and see what you can use…
Stop Drinking Soda
Did you know that women who drink more than 2 servings of soda a day are 16% less likely to conceive? It just goes to show that the things we put into our body can make a big difference to how quickly we conceive. If you decide to quit soda, make sure you replace it with lots of water. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to start eating more natural foods either!
Exercise – But Don’t Overdo It
Women who exercise are healthier and happier with a more suitable bodyweight for conceiving. However, those who exercise too vigorously could actually stop themselves from falling pregnant. Make sure you’re exercising, but don’t exhaust yourself.
Don’t Worry So Much
People who are chronic worriers can actually stop their bodies from conceiving altogether. Make sure you take the time to de-stress. Deep breathing can be a great tactic!
Quit Smoking
Smoking is bad for both people in the relationship who are trying to conceive. It can lower both female and male fertility. If you want the best chance of conceiving, you should both kick the habit.
If you feel you’ve tried everything to fall pregnant and it still hasn’t happened, you should see your GP. There are other options for couples who struggle, so don’t panic.
