I received this beautiful Colors of Africa Zakale bracelet and earring set which is hand crafted in Nairobi by Kenyan artisans who are reclaiming their own lives from poverty. They make each piece by hand using recycled glass beads and wire. The purchase of the product directly supports over 80 rehabilitated young people at a Youth Employment project based in the Mathare Slum in Nairobi, Kenya.

The bracelet is approximately 8″ in length and features several colorful glass beads and silver-colored wire charms. It has a simple hook and loop clasp which is actually quite secure, and matches the earrings perfectly.
