In fact, according to the website, SmartyPants vitamins contain 80% LESS sugar than what you find in a glass of unsweetened apple juice!

The SmarytPants All-in-One Gummy Vitamins for Kids are an excellent source of Omega 3 DHA and EPA, and contain 150% of the RDI for Vitamin D plus 9 other nutrients. A serving size is four (4) gummies, and a bottle contains 120 gummies. The  SmartyPants All-in-One Gummy Vitamins for Adults are also an excellent source of Omega 3 DHA and EPA, and contain 225% of the RDI for Vitamin D plus 9 other nutrients.
