I ordered 2 folders from this company's (Avery and Ethan) website almost a month ago and have received no further communications from them. They have taken my money and I haven't received my product. I have call for a week and unable to get in touch with anyone at all. I have emailed, called, left messages several times and continue to get zero response. I would not recommend this company to anyone strictly because the lack of customer service! I wish someone could tell me a way to get a hold of them because they don't reply to emails, Facebook messages, or phone calls and phone messages.

I'm so sorry (and disappointed) to hear this! I wish I could help, but all I have is the same contact info. that is found on their page. Please update us if you get in touch as I want my readers to know when stuff like this happens! This is the 1st I've heard of something like this happening, so hopefully they will get it resolved immediately!
