Nobody likes a smelly refrigerator, and if I am honest, trying to remember to replace the box of baking soda every couple of months is not exactly a top priority. I have found that I only need to replace the two AA batteries approximately every three months or so. It is extremely quiet and very effective! In my opinion this works so much better than a box of baking soda. Since I have been using the Oransi Air Purifier, my fridge has a clean smell to it, not that jumbled blend of odors from all the different foods stored inside. Plus, it even helps keep my food fresher for longer!
