Scrigit Scraper Review and Giveaway! Win 2 Packs of Scrigit Scrapers & a Starbucks Gift Card!

Do you use your fingernails to scrape at things? I do, and as a result, I have the worst fingernails ever. They are weak, flimsy and break easily.  I wasn’t even really aware of how much I used my nails daily, until I started paying attention. From scraping off stickers and price tags, to peeling open envelopes, to scratching off flecks of ickiness from tabletops and more, my poor nails never get a break. Until I was offered the chance to try Scrigit Scraper.

The Scrigit Scraper is a lightweight scraper tool about the size and shape of an ink pen. On each end of the tool is a scraping edge, one of which is a flat edge, and the other is a rounded one.  It also has a clip so it can be conveniently clipped on just like an ink pen! The Scrigit Scraper was actually inspired by the inventor’s mother who had very sturdy long fingernails that she used to clean small spots off of household surfaces or clean out grooves. Since many of us are not lucky to possess those strong nails, like myself, the Scrigit Scraper was created, replicating the cleaning power and handiness her mother’s nails brought forth. (The name is a combination of scraper and digit, like your finger! Pretty neat, huh?!) The Scrigit Scraper can be used directly on the surface of the object you are cleaning or the tip can be covered beforehand when scraping delicate areas.

The Scrigit’s flat edge is great for:

• Flat Surfaces
• Tight Edges and Cracks

While the rounded edge ideal for:

• Curved Surfaces
• Smaller Spots
• Crevices
• Sinks and Toilets

I’ve used it countless times over the last week and my nails are thanking me! From flecks of paint that have landed on the furniture from our remodeling, to opening envelopes, to removing stickers from items.

There are so many uses for Scrigit around the house and in the car! You can use them on dried food, wax, grime, labels, tape, craft and DIY projects. Their small size always them to fit where larger scrapers won’t, and they are much safer than keeping razor blades around if you have small children! Scrigit makes chores like these quick and easy. I keep one stashed in the kitchen, the laundry room and the bathroom, as well as one in my purse and one in the glove box in my car.

My husband would LOVE for me to use this to open the mail. It drives him nuts how I tear into the mail when it arrives!
