Easy Clean Duster – Wipes Away the Amount of Time it Takes to Clean

If there is one time I dread it is when it is time to clean!  The one chore I despise more than any other is dusting, especially when I have to dust our blinds and places that I can barely reach. Not any more!  Now the time I spend dusting, and the money I used to spend on the products, has literally been wiped away thanks to the all new Easy Clean Duster!

The Easy Clean Duster was invented by Brett Thomas who after working in the window covering industry for over 15 years and being asked repeatedly what the best way was to clean blinds, decided to solve the dilemma once and for all, by creating the Easy Clean Duster.

This is one of the most innovative dusters I have ever seen or used.  It has three separate, removable and reusable rollers (or fingers) which are covered in a unique microfiber-chenille material that has tons of ‘noodles’ all over it. Since dust clings to this microfiber-chenille, you don’t have to worry about dust particles flying back up into the air as you wipe.

Better yet, once the roller sleeves get dirty, you can easily pull them off the rollers and throw them in the wash.  This saves you a bunch of money that would otherwise be spent on more disposable dusters, paper towels or rags, not to mention it’s an eco-friendly solution to waste.

Each individual ‘finger’ spins, and you can choose whether to use one, two or three fingers depending on the job you need done.  For example, I found using one ‘finger’ made cleaning my venetian blinds a cinch, and using two fingers allowed me to get both sides of the ceiling fan blades at once.

But that’s not all that makes this duster so unique!  On the bottom of the Easy Clean Duster handle is a circle hook which you can use to hang the duster; this can be unscrewed, leaving a threaded hole where you can attach any pole with a standard sized thread and use it as an extension pole.

You can also get the Easy Clean Duster Adapter which you can adjust to any angle, so when you add it to the Easy Clean Duster and an extension pole, you can angle the duster to whatever size angle you need allowing you to reach those hard to get spots and awkward places easily. Very handy!!

I had the opportunity to review the Easy Clean Duster along with an Adapter, and dusting has never been quicker and easier!  I was able to dust almost anything, anywhere!  I could do all of the blinds in minutes, dust around breakable knick-knacks, reach the ceiling fan blades and even on top of our bookshelves and around the corners of the ceiling!

I did not have to buy any special pole either, I simply looked at the brooms and mops I have, discovered that some came unscrewed from the pole, and the Easy Clean Adapter fit perfectly!  I love it!  Rarely do I get excited when talking about cleaning, but this has given me something exciting to talk about!

I was sort of skeptical about this microfiber-chenille fabric ‘grabbing’ the dust, I figured it might pick up some then push the rest out of the way, but it really does get it all, just like those popular disposable ones, except this can be reused!  It works great on any surface, whether it’s wood, glass, ceramic, porcelain or tile. Plus, you can use it dry or wet!

I used it both with a dusting spray and wet with soapy water to get some sticky fingerprints off my hallway walls. My favorite feature is the ability to use a certain amount of ‘fingers’ based on the job.  They are a cinch to remove, and simply slip on and off, yet at the same time they are not so loose that they would slide off while cleaning.

The fabric sleeves are also easy to remove and fasten on the rollers with Velcro.  The Easy Clean Duster is lightweight and not cumbersome at all, and it can easily be stored in a drawer, under a cabinet or hung from a hook on the wall.

Currently, you can only purchase the Easy Clean Duster through Amazon (aff link) and on the Easy Clean website for $14.99 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling.  You can also purchase the refills, although depending on how often you use your Easy Clean Duster and how often you wash the sleeves, it can last anywhere from 6 months to 3 years!

The microfiber-chenille material is extremely tough and durable!  The Adapter is available for purchase as well, and you can buy everything separate or together for very reasonable prices.  I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to save time, money and effort when it comes to dusting and cleaning!
