Despite the fact that water is one of the most important fluids we can drink, I’ve never been a big fan. There is just something about the taste, or rather the lack of taste, that I just don’t like. I use the Waterlogged app, although there are several others out there. And for those of you who are not in to using apps, you can always set up a reminder on your phone! If you don’t happen to have your phone nearby, I’m sure you can ask your friends and family to help remind you, as well!
