Whether you’re going keto for a season or just swapping pasta for lighter options, these simple recipes bring big flavor with minimal fuss. I added short instructions and realistic prep times to each one so you can grab an idea and get cooking.

1. Lemon Herb Baked Cod

Light and citrusy with almost no effort.
Recipe: Cod in a dish; olive oil, lemon, garlic, herbs; bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
Prep Time: 20 minutes

2. Zucchini Lasagna

All the cheesy comfort of lasagna, no noodles needed.
Recipe: Slice 3 zucchinis thin. Layer with ricotta, marinara, and browned beef, and top with mozzarella. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Prep Time: 35 minutes

3. Egg Roll in a Bowl

All the flavor, none of the wrapper.
Recipe: Brown ground pork in sesame oil. Add cabbage, carrots, garlic, soy, and ginger. Finish with green onions, chili flakes.
Prep Time: 20 minutes

4. Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Steak, onions, melty provolone, tucked into bell peppers.
Recipe: Halve 2 peppers. Sauté sliced steak, onions, mushrooms; stuff, top with provolone; bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

21.⭐ Sous Vide Garlic Basil Pork Chops

Juicy, tender pork chops infused with fresh basil, garlic, and lemon — finished with a quick broil for the perfect golden crust.
Recipe: Preheat sous vide cooker to 140°F. Blend garlic and basil until finely chopped; add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a wet rub. Spread over pork chops and let sit 20 minutes. Seal chops in a sous vide bag and cook 2 hours. Broil 3–4 minutes per side to crisp.
Prep/Cook Time: 2 hours 21 minutes
