Plus, they are individually portioned already, making them easy to serve up to a group of friends or take to a fall or Thanksgiving party.
Now these SnoBall Pumpkins don’t taste like pumpkin, they just resemble them. But they are still quite yummy, and they are a great autumn snack for both kids and adults. I think everyone will love them!

HOW TO MAKE FALL SNOBALL PUMPKIN CAKES
These SnoBall Pumpkin Cakes are unbelievably easy to make for a fun Fall treat. All you need are some orange SnoBalls, Tootise Rolls, and green cookie or cake icing.
They only take about 5 to 10 minutes to make and are such a fun edible craft to make with your kids.

All you need for this SnoBall Pumpkins recipe is three common ingredients:
- Orange SnoBalls
- Small Tootsie Rolls
- green icing for vines and leaves
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE FALL SNOBALL PUMPKINS
These SnoBall Pumpkins are such a fun and festive no-bake dessert idea. You should definitely make them with your kids at least once this fall. It’s such a fun treat to make together!
STEP ONE: GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES
- Open the SnoBalls and place them on a piece of parchment paper or a plate.
STEP TWO: ADD THE STEMS
- Open a Tootsie Roll and lightly twist it with your fingers
- Carefully insert it into the top of a SnoBall. Tip – twisting it as you insert it makes it easier to insert into the cake without damaging it.
STEP THREE: ADD VINES AND LEAVES
- add a number 1 frosting tip to the green icing
- carefully pipe some vines and leaves around the Tootsie Roll stem
- allow icing to set before eating
And that’s it! Easy as can be!

- Orange SnoBalls
- Small Tootsie Rolls
- Green Cookie Icing
- Open the SnoBall cakes on a plate or piece of parchment paper.
- Open a Tootsie Roll and gently twist it between your fingers.
- Insert it into the middle of a SnoBall, twisting as you insert it to avoid damaging the cake.
- Using a #1 Round Tip, pipe vines and leaves around the Tootsie Roll stems.
- Allow icing to set, then enjoy!
